Qualifications :
  • Male or Female
  • Thai nationality, 35 years of age or above
  • University degree in financial management or related fields
  • Experience for Treasurer job and foreign exchange management for 5 years
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good planning, analytical skills with attention to details
  • Ability to learn fast and grow in his/her career within the next 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities :
  • Developing and implementing cash management operation strategy
  • Controlling and managing banking facility
  • Checking and managing daily cash inflow and outflow and allocation of fund
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly cash flow projection
  • Monitoring the daily FX movement for foreign exchange risk management and preparing the approval form for the sale and purchase of forward contracts
  • Preparing the daily forward reports summary and monthly outstanding forward reports
  • Determining best investment options for excess inflow (i.e. fixed deposit, treasury bill, central bank bond)
  • Monitoring and verifying bank deposit transactions
  • Managing Finance Team

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Thai nationality, Aged between 22-30 years old
  • Computer literacy and Good English
  • The ability to work flexible and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities :
Check the document on credit Note, Debit Note and Shipping documents to customer and other aspects of the department

  • Strong English communications skills
  • A few years’ experience as Executive Secretary is preferred; new graduates with knowledge in accounting and finance is also desirable

Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage the CFO’s calendar on a day basis and keep the CFO up to date on any changes and or additions
  • Tracking of Financial statistics and pulling together graphs and reports with this data
  • Assist the CFO with any additional reporting requirements, creation of spreadsheets and tracking data from various team members across the company
  • Ensuring good correspondence: Typing, Preparing correspondence, presentations and reports, Translating, Faxing
  • Facilitating logistical arrangement: Agenda management, Making appointments, Coordinating meetings including venue booking and accommodation arrangements, Travelling arrangement
  • Take the CFO’s phone calls and messages and proceed accordingly
  • Maintain the organization of the corporate files
  • Prepare expense reimbursement requests
  • Assist in preparing materials for operational reports and presentations with administrative support in typing, faxing and copying
  • Assist the CFO by providing administrative support, coordination, and other associated tasks to reach desired outcomes
  • Performing other administrative task.

  • At least1-2 years of practical IMB AS400 iSeries experience Module Payables Ledger, General Ledger.
  • At least 2 years, project implementation / upgrades, Support environment for ERP software(Infenium).

  • Understanding of the business processes, standards and practices of related applications (Financial, Logistic , Sale , Service Maintenance)
  • Integration knowledge with other such as SQL
  • Programming / system admistration and related experience in new technology
