Internal Audit 1 Position (s)

Location : Head Office

Qualifications :
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or other related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience for internal auditor position and 0-1 year of experience for internal audit staff position
  • Experiences in IT audit, background from consulting firm or multinational corporate firm, ISO, OHSAS standards would be advantage.
  • Good written and oral communications skills in Thai and English
  • Possess logical and analytical thinking
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to either work independently within given guidance or as part of a team
  • Adaptable and be able to work upcountry (occasionally)
  • Computer literacy in MS office
  • Car driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Execute internal audit engagements and other advisory engagements
  • Take in-charge role in audit engagements and coordinate with audit clients in functions of the company and subsidiaries
  • Assist manager with administrative tasks and project managements
  • Prepare audit reports and other tasks as assigned by managers

Qualifications :
  • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปทางด้าน คอมพิวเตอร์
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษาใดก็ได้อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  • เขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา RPG (ไม่ต้องมีประสบการณ์ บริษัทจะเป็นผู้สอน)
  • หากมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบ AS400 หรือเขียนโปรแกรมภาษา RPG , CL จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related field.
  • Having 1 years working experience in secretarial, administrative and coordinate functions,
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good command in English

  • Ability to multitask and good prioritization skills

Key Responsibilities :
Providing clerical and administrative support to the Senior Advisor, Arranging and maintaining schedules, Producing document, letters in Thai and English, Corresponding Emails on behalf of him, Arranging travels, etc.

  • Experience for Treasurer job and foreign exchange management for 5 years

Key Responsibilities :
  • Developing and implementing cash management operation strategy
  • Controlling and managing banking facility
  • Checking and managing daily cash inflow and outflow and allocation of fund
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly cash flow projection
  • Monitoring the daily FX movement for foreign exchange risk management and preparing the approval form for the sale and purchase of forward contracts
  • Preparing the daily forward reports summary and monthly outstanding forward reports
  • Determining best investment options for excess inflow (i.e. fixed deposit, treasury bill, central bank bond)
  • Monitoring and verifying bank deposit transactions
  • Managing Finance Team
