TDVC Col. Plengsakdi Prakaspesat-Senior Advisor (1^st Left)  of Thai Central Chemical Public Company Limited (TCCC) congratulated on the occasions of the 98^th  Anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Commerce, and donated 50,000 THB to Visssukham Foundation, received by Ms. Nuntawan Sakuntanaga (4^th Right)- Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Commerce to support scholarship of  the governor and employee’s child in  the Ministry of Commerce.
